With over 30 years in Human Resources as a strategic HR Business Partner and other roles with companies like Medtronic, United Health Group, University of Minnesota and Marriott Hotels, Jennifer strongly believes that there is a competitive advantage for leaders. Jennifer’s practice includes facilitating teams in vision and strategy sessions, executive coaching, business leader thought partnership, leadership and team development, and mediating conflicts. Jennifer has a strong passion for helping people discover a better future state.
